We offer $9 flat rate shipping within Australia. You are welcome to upgrade this to express shipping, at your expense, at the checkout.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
YES! International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
WHEN WILL BE ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If your order is marked as 'in stock', it will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The Play Card Company™ does not accept returns or give refunds so please choose carefully.
In the unlikely event that your order was damaged in transit, please contact us with photos and a description within 7 days of receiving your product.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
After adding your goodies to your cart, you will be able to pay via PayPal, AfterPay or using a credit card.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?
Unfortunately not at this time, a few of our stockists do though!
THE PRODUCTS I WANT SAY 'OUT OF STOCK', WHAT DO I DO?
We are working around the clock to make sure our products are ALWAYS in stock.
Unfortunately sometimes we do run out of stock, if this does happen you have a couple of options.
1. Check out our stockists. They might have what you are looking for.
2. Pop your email in the 'stock notification' form on the product page, then you will be the first to know when they become available again.
